User Accounts and Fair Usage

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party.

Personal Access and Anti-Account Sharing: Your right to access the Service is strictly limited to You as a single individual. Sharing your account credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Anyone found sharing accounts will faceimmediate and permanent account suspension without reimbursement or refund.

Device Restrictions and Browser Sessions: Account access is strictly limited to a maximum of two (2) devices within any rolling 24 to 48-hour window. Access from multiple unique devices or distinct browser sessions is tracked and monitored. Imposed account restraints or lockouts will not be lifted unless they are explicitly proven to be caused by a technical issue originating from our end.

Refund Policy

All subscriptions and purchases are final. No refunds will be issued unless a verified technical error occurs on our platform preventing service delivery, or in cases of accidental overcharging/duplicate billing. These issues will be reviewed and addressed by our support team on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Doc EZ and its licensors, protected under KSA Intellectual Property laws and international treaties.

Your licensed access is limited strictly to viewing the materials through the official application and website. All platform materials remain the exclusive property of "Doc EZ Company". Youmay not redistribute, disseminate, capture, copy, or reproduce the material in any manner whatsoever without explicit prior written consent from the Company.

Any user found violating these property rights will face immediate, permanent account suspension without reimbursement, and the Company reserves the right to pursue full legal action for statutory damages, reparations, and lost revenue.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, clinical errors, or medical outcomes).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
