Technical Security Note: To enforce the Fair Usage and Anti-Account Sharing regulations stated in our Terms and Conditions, the platform generates a randomized Unique Device Identifier (UUID) and saves it locally within your device's application files or browser storage. We rely strictly on this generated UUID and active session tokens to monitor and enforce the restriction limit of two (2) devices per 24 to 48-hour window. The platform does not collect, read, or track any actual native hardware identifiers or device serial numbers.

Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

Your privacy is our core commitment. We enforce explicit and strict guidelines regarding the sharing and disclosure of your personal metrics:

• Service Delivery Limitation: We only share your personal data to the minimum extent necessary to securely deliver and run the platform services (e.g., executing transactions via accredited payment gateways or processing data on protected cloud hosting architecture).
• No Data Selling: We do not sell, lease, rent, or trade your personal information or platform usage histories to any third parties under any circumstances.

Request Process: Please note that an automated setting to directly delete account data or profiles is not available within the user dashboard configuration. To exercise your right to modify data, or to formally request the complete deletion of your data and permanent account closure, you must submit an official request exclusively via email to: support@docez.net. Our compliance team will review and process your submission in accordance with statutory timeframes.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your data is of paramount importance to Us. We employ commercially accepted encryption standards and cybersecurity protection rules to shield your information.
